You never know what jobs will come in next here at The CNC Wood Company.

We were asked by a local bespoke guitar maker to machine some mould tools for laying up veneers and producing the guitar forms. We assisted with some CAD design to digitise the profiles before approval and machined the multiple sections in 24mm Birch Ply.

Earlier this year we were approached by Paul Cowell at @pc_landscapes to create a bespoke garden feature wall from an idea roughed out in CAD.

We took the initial design idea and developed the design as a #3dcad model in #fusion360, with attention taken to ensure the final parts could be identified and assembled in pre-built panels, prior to being taken to site for installation.

The 12.5m feature wall is cut from over 300 CNC profiled #meditesmartply #tricoyamdf vertical slats, featuring a pattern that changes with the viewing angle. Inserts between the slats have been sprayed with a matching pattern in green and white for the full effect.

We also manufactured a set of grooved wall panels that curve around the pool and a powder coated aluminum fascia to sit around the cantilevered roof over the hanging firepit.

It's hard to visualise a final design from a stack of 300+ parts in the workshop, but this looks truly amazing in this stunning garden. For more stunning gardens, checkout @pc_landscapes
